I recall one time I was building a bakery display in the store and I asked one of our bakery clerks' what were her thoughts if I added one more item, she was surprised I asked and she was not sure that she could voice her opinion, I told her I am asking her because I want her opinion, then she said she didn't like it and I just removed it.
